This policy explains how Bloomday Beverage Co. ("Bloomday", "we") handles your personal information.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, shipping address, ZIP code, phone number, order and subscription details, preferences you choose to share (such as when you drink Bloomday), and anything you write to us.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Automatically: device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from your IP address, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process orders and subscriptions, ship products and send order and renewal emails.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send marketing emails if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Bloomday, such as payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting and analytics, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart working, and analytics cookies to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, like the cart, may not work without them.
Your rights

To make a request, email general@bloomday.org. We’ll verify your request and respond within 45 days. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Preferences you share
Preferences you choose to share on our forms, such as “workouts” or “afternoon slump”, are used only to suggest products and tailor emails. We never sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you suspect a problem.
Children
Our products and site are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, or sell or share information of anyone under 16.
